After completing the payment, an email containing a unique code will be sent to your address. You'll need to copy this code and paste it into the designated field with a key icon in the Pinsteps app.

Doing so will activate your purchased ticket, guide, tour, or event. Keep in mind that a code, once activated, can't be used again. If a similar product has already been activated on your phone, you won't be able to use a new code for the same product. All activated tickets, guides, tours, and events are stored either in the "Favorites" section of the app or in the "Purchased and Downloaded" area of your personal profile, depending on your phone model and operating system.
